The Foundations of East Chicago are committed to improving the lives of every resident of East Chicago, Indiana. Conceived by the citizens of East Chicago to be independent, citizen-run, private foundations, we derive funding from East Chicago's local casino and use this money to support local churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations that know the community best and put the money into action where it can do the most good.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
